3. Course License and Access
All courses, materials, and content provided by Seedcraft Foundry are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent. Access is granted for the duration of your subscription or one-time purchase period.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include harassment, spamming, uploading harmful software, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, course titles, and original content remain the exclusive property of Seedcraft Foundry. User-generated contributions such as comments or project submissions grant us a non-exclusive license to display them within the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Seedcraft Foundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
