The beginning
In 2018 three operators — a former Stripe growth lead, a YC founder, and a product director from Airbnb — sat in a borrowed office in San Francisco. They realized the founders they coached kept repeating the same costly mistakes. No single course captured the sequence of decisions that actually mattered. So they built it themselves.
Today Seedcraft Foundry serves leaders across 38 countries. Every program is written, tested, and updated by people who have lived the full arc from idea to acquisition.
